By downloading, accessing, or using the a-OK Connect mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). 2. Account Registration :
   To use a-OK Connect, you are required to create an account by providing your legal name, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that it is accurate and up to date.
3. Use of Personas:
   The App allows you to create custom "Personas" to share specific information with different audiences. You have full control over the details included in each Persona and can modify them at any time via your dashboard. The information you choose to share through a Persona is entirely at your discretion.
4. Data Collection and Privacy:
   a-OK Connect collects personal data, including names, email addresses, social media handles, profile photos, images, videos, locations, and work or education-related information, among others. Usage data is also collected to improve the app experience. Your privacy is important to us, and we adhere to industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. 5. User-Generated Content (UGC):
   a-OK Connect allows users to generate and save content such as images or videos, though the propagation and reach of such content are limited. All content must comply with industry standards, and any offensive, illegal, or copyrighted materials are strictly prohibited.
6. Age Requirements and Parental Control:
   The app is available to users of all ages. However, plans are in place to develop parental control features for children under 13. By using the app, you confirm that you meet any applicable age requirements or that your use of the app is supervised by a parent or guardian.
7. Suspension and Termination:
   Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users violate community guidelines, share prohibited content, or engage in fraudulent activity, as per industry standards. ankaEK LLC reserves the right to take action at its discretion to maintain the integrity of the platform.
8. Future Updates:
   While a-OK Connect is currently free to use in its MVP phase, we may introduce paid features, in-app purchases, or subscription services in the future. You will be notified of any changes to these T&C if and when such features are introduced.
9. Third-Party Services:
   At present, a-OK Connect does not integrate with third-party services, though such features may be added in the future. You will always have control over what data you choose to share with third-party services if and when such integrations become available.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes related to these T&C or your use of the app shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arizona.
