Account deletion
How to delete your Connect Persona account
You can ask us to delete your Connect Persona account and its associated data at any time. Connect Persona is developed by anka EK LLC. You don't need to have the app installed to make a request.
Steps to request deletion
- Send us an email Email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request – Connect Persona". Please send it from the email address registered to your account, if you can.

Include your account details
So we can find your account, include:
- Your full name
- The email address on your account
- The phone number on your account
- Confirm it's you To protect your account, we may reply to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
- We delete your account and confirm We delete your account and associated data within [30] days of confirming your request, and email you once it's done. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, username and password.
- All your Personas and everything in them, such as profile photos, images, videos, social media handles, addresses, locations and work or education details.
- Shared links and QR codes: these stop working, so people you shared a Persona with can no longer view it through Connect Persona.
- Your contacts, connections, notes and relationship history saved in the app.
- Settings and preferences linked to your account.
Kept, and for how long
- Records we're legally required to keep, such as transaction or billing records, for as long as the law requires (up to [7 years]).
- Information needed to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, or resolve disputes, kept for up to [90 days], or longer only while a specific issue is open.
- Encrypted backups, which are overwritten and permanently removed within [90 days].
- Aggregated or de-identified statistics that can't be used to identify you, which may be kept indefinitely.
Any data we keep is stored securely and used only for the purposes listed above. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we retain information.
Want to remove some data without deleting your account?
You can edit or remove the details in any Persona at any time from your dashboard in the app, and revoke shared links whenever you like. To ask us to delete specific data instead of your whole account, email [email protected] and tell us what you'd like removed.
